1. Arriving in early 2026 with a starting MSRP of $63,345, the new F-150 Lightning STX replaces the XLT, offering dual motors, an extended-range battery targeting 290 miles, 536 hp, 775 lb.-ft. of torque, rugged upgrades like off-road running boards, all-terrain tires, and a fresh STX design inside and out.

2. The first Neue Klasse model, the fully electric BMW iX3, debuts with Gen6 eDrive tech, up to 400 miles of range, 800V fast charging, and advanced digital intelligence, with US production starting in 2026 at BMW’s new Debrecen plant.

6. Interim CEO Marc Winterhoff and CFO Taoufiq Boussaid of Lucid will join a fireside chat at the Morgan Stanley 13th Annual Laguna Conference on September 12, with the session streamed live and available for replay on the company’s investor relations site.

8. At IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich, Hyundai unveiled Concept THREE, its first compact IONIQ EV, highlighting the “Art of Steel” design and plans to expand into Europe’s compact EV market while targeting full regional electrification by 2027 and 21 global EVs by 2030.

The first widely available UL 2252 certified DC adapters for NACS and CCS charging standards have been introduced, with Lectron’s Vortex Plus (NACS to CCS) and CCS to NACS adapters tested by SGS to ensure safety, durability, and interoperability as the EV industry transitions toward broader NACS adoption.

10. The all-electric Lucid Gravity SUV made its European debut at IAA Mobility in Munich, offering three-row versatility, up to 464 mile WLTP range, ultra-fast charging, and advanced tech, with orders now open and customer deliveries beginning in early 2026.

13. With the launch of the aPower S home battery, Meter Adapter Controller (MAC), and aHub extension, FranklinWH is advancing its residential energy system to deliver greater storage capacity, simplified installation, intelligent load management, and enhanced resilience for true home energy independence.
