9. An EV manufacturing plant is set to be established in Nigeria, as part of China's plan to leverage the country's lithium reserves for battery production and support its industrialization efforts.

10. With the launch of the ID 2 GTI and a future all-electric Golf GTI, Volkswagen plans to electrify its iconic GTI lineup, aiming to deliver sporty, accessible performance EVs that revive excitement and driving engagement in the brand’s electric range.
